Emergency Assistance
NORTHERN DOGS LAST
During emergency evacuations in Northern communities, pets are left behind. Limited space on evacuation planes means pet owners cannot bring their pets. Our organization helps put together plans for the pets behind including supplies up to provide for the pets, flying right into the community with emergency personal to care for pets until owners are flown back home.
Drive out communities are supported with onsite food and pet supplies in conjunction with Red Cross operations for evacuees.

Animal Suffering & Homelessness
ADVOCATING BY TAKING LIFE SAVING ACTION

Making lasting change for the future requires much more than just rehoming animals in need, but extending our reach far being the "rescue" + adopt cycle. It's working with communities to support progressive pet management programs, polices and extending veterinary access. Our team is heavily invested in taking action by working together with community members, health authorities, elected officials and community leadership as part of our greater one health program.
