A DISTINCT IDENTITY
Here at Manitoba Animal Alliance, we are driven by a single goal; to do our part in making Manitoba a better place for people and their pets. Our decision-making process is informed with comprehensive empirical research and data evaluation.
The lifespan of a northern dog in some communities is below 1.7 years. We strive to build productive relationships and make a positive impact with all of our pursuits.
NORTHERN DOGS LAST
During emergency evacuations in Northern communities, pets are left behind. Limited space on evacuation planes means pet owners cannot bring their pets. Our organization helps put together plans for the pets behind including supplies up to provide for the pets, flying right into the community with emergency personal to care for pets until owners are flown back home.
Drive out communities are supported with onsite food and pet supplies in conjunction with Red Cross operations for evacuees.
ANIMAL REMOVAL & REHOMING
THE FORGOTTEN ONES
Flying out companion homeless, injured, and abandoned pets.
With this initiative, our goal is to promote lifesaving opportunities for those in need. With access to the right resources, local volunteers can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential. ANIMAL SUFFERING & HOMELESSNESS
Rescue and safety are paramount to the victims of neglect and cruelty. Animal cruelty cases are reported.
